Description
This service applies to servers that are operated and managed by OIT on behalf of Indiana State University faculty. This service does not apply to personal systems or student/staff systems.
Standard Services and Features
Install, update, configure, or uninstall software on research server systems. Provide consultation on the resources required to operate an application, issues with the software, or any other questions related to software installed on these systems.

This service is provided for faculty/staff only.
Directions
To request that new software be installed, include links to the software’s project page or website. Include the name of the system to which you would like the software to be installed. If the software requires a license, you will be contacted by our support staff and expected to provide the license key.
If you have questions about how to use the software, or the software does not seem to be operating correctly, describe your expectations and what you are experiencing. Include screenshots if possible. The more information you provide, the more quickly and thoroughly our staff will be able to investigate the issues.
