Software - Report an Issue

Description

If an ISU supported software or operating system is not functioning as expected, you will use this form to report the issue. 

Standard Features

Based on the information provided in the request form, OIT will route the issue to the appropriate personnel and troubleshooting team. Specifically, you can report issues with the following applications:

Microsoft Applications Operating System Web Browsers
  • Office 365 
  • Windows
  • Mac
  • Internet Explorer
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Safari

Note: You can submit problems with other applications not listed as well.

           If this is a work stoppage issue, please call x2910 immediately 

SLA:  For non-urgent issues you can expect a reply within 4 business hours.

Scope/Constraints

  • The Technology Support Center will provide technical assistance only with applications directly related to academic or university business use. This does not include training.

Directions

  • Before submitting a software issue ticket, we recommend restarting your computer.  A computer restart will resolve many temporary issues.  However, if the issue recurs after a restart, whether immediately or after a short period of use, OIT will need to evaluate the issue.
