CampusNexus CRM (Talisma) - Create / Modify CRM Components


Development or modification of workspaces, canned responses, campaigns, web forms, reports, and rules for existing CRM users.  Training requests can also be submitted.

Those departments not currently utilizing the CRM may also submit a request for a demo and further information.


Standard Service Features

  • Workspaces – development and modification of workspaces which organize and present contacts, leads, interactions, and other CRM objects.
  • Canned Responses – development and modification of often used email content.
  • Campaigns – development and modification of email content templates, filtering, and workflow of automated messaging.
  • Web forms – development and modification of forms on the Indiana State University web site. These forms are used to capture information to the CRM. 
  • Reports – limited development and modification of reports for CRM specific objects, i.e. locating duplicate leads or tracking number of interactions.
  • Rules - development and modification of rules which automate tasks such as interaction assignment and categorization.

SLA:  You can expect this service to be completed in 1 - 2 weeks.
