Standard Services and Features

This service is used for reporting an issue with:

  • Campaign Design and Management and or an existing workspace
  • Interaction Logs
  • Tracked Emails

SLA:  For non-urgent issues you can expect a reply within 4 business hours. Stop Work/Urgent request you can expect a reply within 15 minutes.  ​​​​​​​

Constraints/Scope

Currently developed for Student Recruits and ISU Student interactions and campaigns

Directions

To request a campaign be developed, you must contact the CRM group through the IT Professional Services.

Maintenance

Currently negotiated with the user community.
