Steps

  1. Using a web browser log in to:  https://portal.indstate.edu
  2. Locate and click on the "OIT Service Desk TDX" badge

Search the Knowledge Base:

  1. In the search box, search for Teams, Polycom, Yealink, Voice Mail, or another phrase related to your problem
  2. Use the resulting articles to solve your problem

Enter a support request:

  1. In the search box, search for "Unified Communications"
  2. In the search results, click "Unified Communications - Report an Issue"
  3. FIll in the boxes as requested, using the "UC - " fields to detail the specific issue you are experiencing
