Canvas - How to Enable Microsoft Sync

Introduction

Microsoft Sync needs to be enabled in each Canvas course before using the Microsoft Education tools, such as OneDrive, Class Notebook, Teams, and Teams Meetings. This article shows how to complete the Microsoft Sync. 

Steps

  1. Log into Canvas and open the course where you'd like to use the Microsoft Education tools. 
  2. Click Settings in the course navigation menu.

  1. Select the Integrations tab and toggle the Microsoft Sync setting to ON.

  1. Click the dropdown menu and click the Sync Now button. This will create the course Team and sync the course roster.
