Download Recording
Canvas LTI Method
- Once you have finished recording your Zoom session, go to the Zoom LTI link in your Canvas course.
- Select the Cloud Recordings tab at the far right.
- This should then display all of your recordings. At the three-dots menu at the far right, select 2 Files (*File Size*).
- A Download Recording Files window displays. Click the Download option.
- The file should download to your computer.
Web Method
- Once you have finished recording your session, navigate to Zoom at https://indstate-edu.zoom.us.
- Select Sign In.
- If prompted, enter your university email and password.
- Once logged in, select Recordings from the left side menu.
- Next to the recording you would like to download, you should see a More button. From the dropdown menu, select Download.
- This will download both of the files to your computer.
Upload Recording
Uploading to YuJa
- Once you have the files on your computer, open YuJa through your Canvas course.
- Select My Media from the left side menu to ensure you are in the right location.
- Select Upload from the center navigation bar.
- Under the video tab, select Browse. This is where you will select the MP4 video downloaded from Zoom.
- Click Start Upload
Uploading Local Recording
- Open YuJa through your Canvas course.
- Select Manage Media.
- You should see an option at the top that says Upload.
- Next, ensure that Video is highlighted and select Browse.
- You will then look for the video that you have downloaded on your computer and click Open.
- Click Start Upload.
