The recording captures audio, video, and screen-sharing activity, and you can share it securely across your organization. A recording will expire and be automatically deleted after 60 days from the date of the recording. Canvas-created meetings, using the MIcrosoft for Education LTI, have their own independent settings and those meetings use Canvas- Microsoft for Education LTI settings, not the Outlook default settings. Outlook-created meetings do not control Canvas meetings even if the meeting times match. For full functionality, such as setting presenters, using the lobby, chat features, etc., configure the meeting in Outlook Calendar.
