This article details the availability and contents of the OIT Public Mac Lab.
General Labs
All OIT public labs are available to all students, staff and faculty.
Cunningham Memorial Library, Room B03 (Basement Mac Lab) - features 28 student iMac computers and one instructor computer. Most computers are equipped with a MIDI keyboard. The room also is tech enhanced with a projector and sound system. There are various art and music software suites installed on the machines.
Lab Hours
CML B03 lab is open according to the Library's operating schedule. The room is unavailable for use when a class is in session. Information on the Cunningham Memorial Library and hours of operation can be found at: Library Schedule
Lab Usage Guidelines
Our primary goal is to provide an academic setting in which students and faculty have access to current technology. To further this goal, we ask that all our patrons adhere to the following guidelines:
- Observe all policies put forth in the University Handbook available at this link:
University Policies
- Do not violate the law.
- You may be asked to show your University ID.
- No food or drinks are allowed in any lab.
- No smoking or chewing tobacco is allowed in any lab.
- Do not engage in any behavior which is disruptive to other users.
